Pool was closed and had been for several weeks. The hotel is under construction, which was not that inconvenient, but I am quite upset about the pool closure not being disclosed before we arrived. This should have been disclosed to us through Hotels.com - the front desk did say that it does state that on their website, but when booking through hotels.com, I don't feel we should have to go to the hotel's website as well. Completely inconvenient. We did stay because it was late and changing a reservation that late in the evening did not seem like something I could have done easily.

Disappointed! Purposly booked this hotel for Pool and hot tub. The pool and hot tub were off limits due to "retiling". Not happy about this. Breakfast was ok, would have preferred different items daily. We stayed 3 nights. Staff was friendly.

The desk cleark was perfect. She was efficient and courteous. The room is not as advertized. It was clean however there was no couch nor even a chair other than the desk chair. There's no top sheet only a duvet. The duvet seemed small maybe a queen sized on a king size bed. The pool & hot tub not able to use. They are the reason we rented the room.

I understand that the hotel was under renovation. But when I tell you it was bad, it was bad! Sheetrock residue all over the halls, elevator, and commons area. This made the floors slippery and carpets filthy.

We stay here every year when we go from arizona to texas. We love it, very comfortable, nice size rooms, middle of renovation but still very happy. Staff is always very nice

The Hotel staff was very professional and helpful. It was very disappointing that the hotel did not list they were in the midst of remodeling. The pool was closed - the main reason we chose this facility for my grandkids to be able to swim. The construction on our floor (4th) was still in process, the flooring in front of half the elevators and the walls were not finished. If our room had been remodeled already, the contractor did a substandard job - the walls were not professional with gaps. Again, the staff were personable and helpful. The 4th floor button was pushed in to the control panel which was a severe safety concern with children and you had to put your finger into a hole to push the button for the 4th floor - I reported it to the desk and the attendant stated they had contacted the service people the day before and thanked me for letting her know. The breakfast was very good to exceptional in quality and variety. Again with the construction and not having the amenities listed - it was a poor value and not up to my other experiences with IHG properties.

The staff was fine the room was in desperate need of attention. The carpets were gross,it was crowded (small), the ac was loud. The food was ok but i was really disappointed that no one bothered to inform us about the construction. The pool was shut down, the weight room was shut down which was a big disappointment. One elevator the 4 button was pushed out and the elevator its self was scary. Didnt feel it was worth hat we paid per night

My son was bitten several times by bedbugs. I informed the front desk and they said to put my belongings in a trash bag, they should suffocate. I actually decided to rid of my belongings just incase I bring them back home with me. This was disgusting and horrible experience.
Bedbug and front desk confirmed.

I checked in with Elizabeth who I remember from a previous stay last year. She is very friendly and welcoming. Room is spotless as same as last stay.

carpet stains in room. Staff great. hotel renovations going on. Dumpster placed in handicapped parking. Had to park way out from hotel and push sister in wheelchair to hotel. brought this up to staff, but they were nonchalant about response.

Check in was ok, construction had ongoing and the lobby was not finished yet. Our first room didn’t have a working phone or refrigerator. They switched us to a better room, no extra charge. It was better but noisy neighbors, trains running close by and swinging ceiling fan made it hard to sleep. The water in the bathtub was switched cold where the hot should have been and vice versa. The only thing that saved the trip was a friendly employee Sherry who made our morning great. Wait until the work is done, maybe it will be better.

There was construction going on and a lot of confusion as to which rooms were available. We were assigned a room that wasn’t available. Front desk clerk got into a spat with housekeeper right in front of everyone. Our bathroom was still dirty and because I had prepaid for the room, I cleaned it and stayed.
