The air conditioning kept going off all through the night and the Wi-Fi kept dropping. There was food on the floor in the room including a slice of lime and some raisins. There were two hairs on one of the bed sheets. Will never stay here again and do not recommend this hotel.

The first room I was given the door was open, so I did not go in asked to be moved to another room. I was said to a room downstairs that was dirty smelled like smoke and had no working air-conditioning in the windows did not like it felt very unsafe to me. The desk clerk was very nice, but she was unable to do anything to rectify the problems. I did not stay at this property.

Bathroom tight and shower did not close fully. Ac did not run cool. Pool was out of order. And upon 1st coming into room had a foul smell

Think could use an update, like cleaning the carpets. Carpets had stains in them. For this to be a choice property not clean like other Sleep Inn I have visited in the past.

The air conditioner in my room did not work and the hotel room door was not secure. It was falling off the frame. The carpet had a stain that looked like dry blood on it which made me feel uneasy that a crime scene had happened in the room and was not cleaned up.

Hotel is unaccommodating. I accidentally booked the wrong date as I was traveling. Showed up within a couple hours to realize it had been booked for the following weekend. They told me that I could not change and ended up having to pay for a second room. Ridiculous that they are unable to move reservation or refund for the room I was unable to stay in. Expedia did nothing to help as well.

Would change my rating if the promise of a refund was honest. Absolutely got hustled. Left after less than an hour because neither of us could shower or brush our teeth due to brown water. Also have not been able to contact anyone for the refund. Poor girl at the front desk was amazing. Her manager left her out to dry and got mad at her for calling her then spoke to me and guaranteed a refund. No call back no way to reach them I would say this is a scam.

Never Again

I am disabled. I could not use the pool because the girl at the front desk did not know how to use the handicapped lift. She was rude and told us that it was a lifeguard station. We have stayed here before The lift works. The room fridge had another guest’s leftover food still in it. The bed was like a rock. There was a used condom on the bed. They would not change our room.
