Room was nice, clean. Only issue was we booked a suite at Palms Place, valet at Palms Place then went to check in and was told we were moved to the Ivory Tower @Palms. So my gf and i had to walk with suitcases all the way across the property through a busy casino. We got no updates,no calls or emails informing us of the room change. Not sure if our room @palms was as nice as the room we originally booked.

I was extremely impressed overall with my experience staying at The Palms Place. We stayed in one of the suites, and it was fantastic. The amenities are top notch, and they didnt miss any opportunites. The jetted tub was phenomenal. We will definitely be staying here again.

We were not able to check in until almost 4 o'clock and when we had left our bags and the bell desk , we called from the room and they said they would bring them up and never did. We did not receive our bags until 8pm when we had to go down and get them ourselves.

I recently stayed at Palms Place and had mixed feelings about the experience. The rooms are a bit outdated and not as clean as expected — we even noticed some bug issues, which was disappointing. The furniture is worn down and could definitely use updating. One downside was that there’s no access to the balconies, which isn’t clearly emphasized beforehand. There were also no clear instructions regarding housekeeping, and there’s no room service available, which would’ve been helpful to know in advance. Parking wasn’t the greatest either — not the most convenient setup. On a positive note, the staff was very accommodating and helpful throughout the stay, which made a difference. Overall, it has potential, but it could really benefit from better upkeep, clearer communication, and some renovations.
