I wasn’t expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. Nice view of the lake with beautiful sun deck for stargazing and watching the sunrise. Cute touches with towels like bows and tissue paper like flowers shows they take pride and care. Bodie Mikes BBQ across the street was convenient.

The location of this motel is everything. Its right on the east side of Yosemite, and for us (driving out from Utah) it was a perfect place to stop, rest up, gas up, and get ready for a full day in Yosemite National Park the next day. What's even better is the east side entrance doesn't have nearly the traffic of the west side entrance. It does take a while to drive across the park to Yosemite Valley - but it was a very scenic and fun drive. The motel itself is what you'd expect. It was quaint, had great views, was decently maintained etc. Very fair for the price. We would stay there again.

Staff friendly and room was clean. The bed was too soft and it would have been nice to have real milk for the in room coffee instead of creamer. A bit noisy when the big trucks go by .

1 night stay and chosen for proximity to Yosemite National Park Tioga Pass entrance. Nice welcome and I don't want to do the motel an injustice but it is quite dated. Our room was right on road so it was noisy early in the morning but this isn't a fault of the motel, just an FYI. Good bed and pillows and free parking so it suited our purpose. Did have a balcony view of the countryside at the rear of the room and 2 great dining option across the road.
