We had a lovely stay here as a family of 7, we booked 3 rooms. Very clean with lovely tropical gardens. Location was great as we could just step out and be amongst many restaurants, shops etc Only problem we had was our room was right next to the attached bar/ restaurant and each night the noise from the live music was way too much when you are only a few metres away … make sure to choose a room up the other end near the reception end. But overall a great affordable place to stay.

Great place

Nice place in a great location. Lots of shops, restaurants and beach bars all in easy walking distance. Room was clean with comfy bed and great air conditioning.

Good little hotel allot of restaurants around but not much shopping u have to walk abit. Very close to the beach if u cut through other hotels. Great food it attracts more of an older group 50 up.

This was our 4th stay at the Baleka. The location is superb! Everything you need is within short walking distance. There are multiple mini marts, restaurants everywhere (including it's own The Fat Buddha), and local shopping. Room service is great and affordable. The staff are friendly and very happy to assist with anything. Both pools are sparkling clean, and the atmosphere amongst guests was friendly and relaxed. Daily pool towels are also provided. We stayed in a studio room, which had a kitchenette, with a larger fridge and a microwave. The room was a little dated, but huge, and total value for money! Air conditioning is great, cleaned daily. There really isn't much to fault. If you want a value for money stay in a superb location then you really can't go past it. Thank you to all the staff, and we look forward to seeing you again!

Very tired looking, particularly the bathroom, shower head is cracked so water goes everywhere, mould on the grout, tub and basin stained so looks gritty even though it’s not, definitely needs a makeover. It is certainly adequate for short stays. Staff are lovely, food is good, location is convenient too.

Nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Good for the price and location. Things to improve on, the plugs in the bath and basin were not working correctly. The water would not drain. The TV wouldnt connect to the Baleka internet and not able to fix before I left, so not able to watch the apps on TV.

Baleka is close to perfect. I had a lagoon pool room, which I highly recommend. Cleanliness of the room was above good. Close to many eating opportunities and easily available for transport. Very quiet property that is maintained to a high standard. Staff was excellent,friendly and efficient. My only criticism is that the shower was over the bath which is not my preference. Highly recommended and will be returning there next trip.

Musty rooms all smelt so bad area around outside rats galore putrid smell all around outside pool was nice staff were nice They say pool bar no one in bar most of day smoking around the pool a turn off too should not be accepted there amongst kids and other people who do not smoke really filled with older people who drink and smoke all day The bed was also uncomfortable the towels smelt after each time placed in room I do believe they were clean towels but the smell was so bad not a great experience of Bali we are glad that we are going home and won't be returning to Bali any time soon
