Has the ability to essre heated or cooled on payment to consumption, being equipped with heating and air conditioning. From the house you can reach many places: CAR approximately 40mn. the famous marble quarries of Carrara, the famous VAL of VARA's BIOLOGICAL OASIS, the LUNIGIANA with its medieval castles, in about an hour and still FLORENCE PISA LUCCA GENOA ...
