This hotel should not be open. Showers didn’t work, door handle broke and dust is everywhere. We coughed all night. You couldn’t eat breakfast or snacks provided because of the unhealthy conditions. We stayed here before and liked it. They should close it during construction. Unhealthy! No one staying there should be charged. It was unacceptable conditions!

The property is in a nice quiet area close to the UK campus. However, while we were there it was under construction. The staff was very nice, apologetic and informative of this situation. Approximately half of the hotel was under construction and made the upper levels difficult to navigate because of some of the areas being roped off. The breakfast in the mornings and snack/drinks at 5pm were nice. The bartender was very friendly and easy to talk to. I would stay here again and hope the construction is done by the time I am back in town.

This is a great hotel. Very friendly and welcoming staff. They are renovating, but that doesn't affect your stay at all. They are doing a great job of renovating without disturbing your eperience. VERY happy with this stay, and we will be back.

Breakfast was marginal. Many of the food items were empty…it is lovely to offer a reception with beverages and snacks, but the were no snacks- empty and the house wine left a lot to be desired. Our experience at this Embassy Suites was very different from stays at other properties.

Checked in to be told no water for about 30 mins, ended up being closer to 1 1/2 hours. A couple hours later had to shower in tepid water and the bathroom floor flooded because of a slow drain. The next morning still no hot water so I had yo wash my face and wet my hair down with tepid water again. Absolutely horrible stay. I visit Lexington often and will not stay there again.

The breakfast was very over done and not appetizing. Checked in on a Sunday and that night we got a piece of paper slid under the door telling us the water would be shut off the following day between 9-5. No one told me this at check in. I was there one night and couldn’t stay u til check out because there was no water. It was quite frustrating and ruined my experience there. The property was beautiful and in fall colors but the staff not telling people and sneaking a paper under the door was terrible customer service.
