Shower barely worked/broken, Wallpaper peeling with water damage in entire bathroom. Ice machine was broken on floor 13 right next to our room and continued to loudly beep all night. Paid extra for a King Suite and we woke up to the roof leaking severely next to our electronics. Had to put our stuff in the car until they eventually called us to proceed to put us in a smaller room. We typically have no complaints at hotels, and expect little, but this entire experience ruined our trip. Never seen a "high quality" hotel offer such a low quality experience. I do not suggest staying here, and they didn't even offer a refund for all of the inconvenience. Will be leaving videos and pictures on the google review.

Nice place

It is a great area to stay. Hotel was clean & undated. All the staff were friendly & professional. My only complaint is that the air conditioning wouldn’t cool enough.
