My check in time was supposed to be 4pm. I had tickets to a college football game and wanted to get into my room and change clothes for the game. My room was not ready. We waited in the lobby an hour and then I had to change for the game in the lobby bathroom because I had to leave for the game before my room was ready. For what I paid for this room it was really disappointing I didn’t get to even check in until I came back from the game near midnight. I felt like something should have been to compensate us for the inconvenience and stress this caused.

I booked with Expedia and they held $600 when I checked in instead of the $75 they were supposed to hold for incedentals. The credited me back my resort fee, which was nice. But it was quite inconvenient to have that much held without my knowledge.
