Wonderful Stay

Celebrated a family birthday and Derby Day while staying in this outstanding house. Was very pleasantly surprised at how well stocked it was as well. Everyone in our group was comfortable both with creature comforts and with safe neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay, house very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. Beds comfortable and plenty of space for our group of 8. Basement was super fun with poker table and complete set of cards/chips made for fun nights. Have corn hole set and great front and back yard if want to spend time outside Owner very responsive, I would highly recommend this property.

Loved the house and location was super close to downtown Lexington! Only downfall was located on a busy street near hospital so you will hear sirens and pulling out can take a few minutes sometimes. We enjoyed our stay.

This home was nice and very accommodating. We had four couples stay, with plenty of room for all. The owner was very responsive. The location is good. It is on a busy road, but close to the KU stadium. Very well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. Overall, a great place to stay.

Great home in Chevy Chase KY!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful. It is stocked with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The basement includes a selection of games for family fun. The location is convenient for UK activities and a reasonable drive to Red River Gorge for outdoor activities. I would absolutely and definitely recommend this property.

The perfect family retreat.

Our family and our cousins stayed at this location while we were visiting other family in Lexington. It's so perfect for all ages. Our group included ages 1-70 and everyone was super happy with the property. Even though it's on a a main road, it was very quiet. Great kitchen and bathrooms which is comforting. Also, the wooden floors don't harbor the bacteria that carpets do so that was refreshing as well! We parked in the garage which is rare in a vacation rental. Overall we appreciated such great accommodations!
