Our stay at Quality Inn - Lexington Horse Park was nice. Our room was very clean, atmosphere was quiet & staff was friendly. There were not any carts available upon arrival or departure to transport our luggage etc up to our room so we had to make several trips back & forth. We suggest the hotel invest in more carts for your guests.

If you like mystery stains and electrical outlets that don’t work then this Quality Inn is for you! But its best feature was the electrical shock you received every time you turned on the bedside lamp! Room 221…… electrifying!

You get what you pay for.

I’m not sure how this place has a rating over 8. Our room wasn’t in great condition. It had a musty smell and everytime the heat or air would kick on it smelled like cigarettes. The refrigerator door wouldn’t close. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain and the faucet leaked onto the counter. There was dust built up in corners and under the sink where your clean towels set. The carpet was dirty. There were questionable dried spots on the bed skirt of one of the beds. I will never stay again. The lobby and check in were great. Everything else was awful.

Definitely not the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. There was a stain on the blanket and the bathroom smelled like cigarettes. I had accidentally booked the wrong day and hotel would not help me receive a refund. Had to wait 15 minutes for the receptionist to come to the front desk to check us in.

The outside of the property gives a false swnse that the inside will be clean and updated. There are gas stations and many other hotels, a McDonalds and a Cracker Barrel very close. It's outside of the city but not a far drive. The hallways and rooms could use some MAJOR renovations. The bed clothing and towels were not clean. They used power strips that were very visible in the rooms. The dresser had zero drawers. The hallways on tge floors are definitely a hazard if there to ever be a fire. At least 3 football fields long with no way to exit besides at the end of the floor by elevator. Like i said, the outside and lobby are very deceiving. They look newer. But once you get on the floors...yikes!
