1st Floor: Living Area, kitchen, dining area, bathroom with claw-foot tub-shower, 6` x 20` outdoor deck (refinished for the 2020 season) and expanded water views
2nd Floor: Primary queen bedroom with en suite bathroom (added for 2020 season), queen bedroom, bathroom with stall shower (newly updated for 2020 season) and laundry
3rd Floor: One bedroom with a twin beds (39x75) and small bunk sized bed (30 x 75) and second bedroom is the same (2025 AC added)

This former General Store (built in 1905) was renovated into its current state as a cottage in 1981. It is now considered one of the prime rental properties in Bayside. Entering the cottage you are greeted by comfortable furnishings, original artwork, a well equipped kitchen and a full bath. At the rear of the cottage through the screen door to the outside is a cozy deck with seating, a small table, and gas grill. The deck faces the ocean with wonderful water views and views of all the Bayside activity. Upstairs are two comfortable, bright queen bedrooms, one with beautiful water views: the master bedroom includes a new (for 2020), ensuite bath with large tiled shower; there is also a shared bathroom (with new, enlarged tile shower for 2020) with laundry, and on the third floor two bright, cozy bedrooms with skylights, each with two twin beds. With plenty of room in a lovely summer setting, A.C. Hopkins has been a crowd pleaser year after year
