Dreamy waterfront cabin on Pitcher Pond in Midcoast Maine. Enjoy sunrises over the water, have dinner on the back deck, spot a bald eagle soaring overhead as you kayak the calm waters, or cozy up inside this comfortable, fully equipped, and updated home. 

Open-plan, one floor home, high ceilings, and pine walls. The home faces east, so it enjoys both morning and afternoon sunlight throughout the day. Lake views from kitchen, living room, dining room, and queen bedroom. Kitchen has all modern appliances and everything you need to make muffins or enjoy a well-cooked meal on vacation. 

The house has two loft spaces: one is in the single/twin bedroom; this is a sweet reading nook for a kid -- too small for an adult. The other loft overlooks the living room. It has a chaise, shag rug, and Fire tv, and a view of the lake. This larger loft is a great spot to hang out, read, play a game, or escape for some quiet time, but there is a steep ladder to climb.

Outside there is a deck, a private dock, and a grassy sloping yard to the water's edge.
At the water's edge, there is a dock to fish from, launch a kayak or just relax and enjoy the view. Pitcher Pond is 371 acres and fishing for smallmouth bass and white perch is a popular pastime.

Pitcher Pond is located 12 miles North of Camden and 6 miles South of Belfast. The nearby Lincolnville General Store has a full selection of groceries, gourmet prepared foods, beer and wine, and Belfast offers a Hannaford supermarket and a wide range of other restaurants and retail outlets. Additionally, it is under 2 hours to get to Acadia National Park and about 2 hours from Portland, Maine.
