We would have wanted a king bed but I'm not sure if they have any. When we were booking our rooms, they didn't use terminology like we do in North America, like Twin, Double, Queen, King beds. They were all "double" beds, some being regular, large, or very large. We knew a "regular" double wasn't large enough & we didn't know what we were getting, so we ended up with 2 twin beds, which wasn't ideal but it was acceptable. The breakfasts were wonderful with great variety. Breakfasts were the highlight of our stay there. We were glad to have the Lidl grocery store right next door so we could buy food after traveling for 20 hours without proper meals. We were too tired to hire Uber/taxis to drive us to & from a restaurant somewhere before we could check in to the hotel.

Great location with restaurants in walking distance. 10 minutes from beaches, quiet location but easy access to Cascais and Sintra. Very good breakfast buffet.

Just Okay for a quick stay.

I was a bit surprised on how tough the mattresses and pillows were, and this caused discomfort and made us wake up during the night. Not having a mini fridge in the rooms was hard as to keep any drinks or medications cool. They had an ice machine, but it barely produced any ice at all. Although the building and grounds are well kept, there are obvious signs that the place is a bit old and in need of upgrades. The breakfast was good and well stocked with quality food and drinks. Some of the front desk employees felt cold and not enthusiastic of being there, so my first impression upon arrival was not very impressive or optimistic about the employees.
