This self-catering studio apartment has a remarkable balcony with scenic views over the gardens of Casino do Estoril. Perfect apartment for 1-2 people. Excellent location, across from a large park, next to the beach, and 5 minutes walking to the train station. High standards for cleanliness and supplies. Easy communications and problem-solving. I had a wonderful week in Estoril, in large part due to these accommodations. I will be back.

I liked that the flat was clean and that sheets and towels were changed in the midle of the week. There was cafee and sugar at disposal at arrival. Nice that there were all kinds of soaps in the bathroom and the kitchen. The kitchen has no window (but hard to do something about that).

We had a great holiday!!

The apartment was great, very conveniently located on the eastern side of the park which is in front of the Casino Estoril. The balcony faces west, so sun in the evening, but not in the morning, which we preferred. The apartment block is in need of an update (the carpet in the hallways is badly marked), the apartment itself is a little shabby, but otherwise convenient and clean. It's on the first floor served by lifts (and stairs). The air conditioning works well and is relatively quiet, and we did not need it overnight (it came on in the early afternoon, whilst we were out and with the curtains shut it was nice and cool for when we returned during the evening). The wifi is reasonably quick - we had no problems with our phones, tablets, etc. It is very convenient for the railway - which is clean, on time and cheap to use. Also, convenient for the beach (just the other side of the railway lines). We many times walked to and back from Cascais, along the esplanade, but also took advantage of the railway when needed - it's a 4 minute trip, they run every 20 minutes, the carriages are clean, the seats comfortable and they're air conditioned! Two very good restaurants Pinto's on our side and Pinto 1 on the opposite side of the park. Oh and a great chinese restaurant a couple of streets away towards Lisbon.

I believe my most recent trip to Estoril was my 34th starting in 2011 and the appointments I have occupied have one basic ingredient and that is convenience to the beach and the beautiful walk way’s of the surrounding locality,I will return. The apartment is on a par with other apartments in the same block, I am assuming because of the recent health crises this apartment had been overlooked however this would not deter me from returning

Great position for the centre of town!

Loved that is was near to everything. Great location. However when we stayed for most of the week the local bar had loud music playing till early in the morning. If you like partying this is great, if you don’t, you might find this troublesome.

Highly recommended

This apartment is in a terrific location overlooking a park, adjacent to the beach, and next to the train station. It is clean and comfortable, has a large balcony, and is well equipped. Since I visit Portugal regularly, I plan to stay here again in the future.

Excellent location and great stay!

I stayed in this apartment for approximately 2 weeks during the summer and found it to be perfect for my needs. Location is excellent in Estoril which is conveniently located between Lisbon and Cascais. The apartment had everything I needed including air conditioning and kitchen and laundry facilities. I particularly enjoyed having my breakfast and coffee out on the balcony every morning. Location was much quieter than I expected given proximity to the main road and the casino so that was an added bonus. Filipa was also very responsive to my texts and emails and made the entire process of coming to Portugal, where I do not speak the language, much easier than I could have hoped for. Will definitely try to stay here again next time in Estoril!

Great base for our festival trip

We used the apartment as our base while we attended the NOS Alive festival down the coast at Alges. It's in a great location and the balcony gives a great view of the gardens, the beach and the sea. It's also very close to Estoril station so getting into Lisbon is easy. It's also a nice walk to Cascais along the promenade. Good things about the apartment: drinking cold beers on the balcony, kitchen has everything you need, air con, powerful shower One thing to look at: the balcony has a metal shutter which was not in use during our stay. It presumably blocks out the late night noise from the nearby Estoril Beach Club. This wasn't a problem for us as we weren't getting back from NOS Alive at around 4am but I would imagine anyone trying to get to sleep around midnight would be disturbed by the noise if the balcony shutters were not working during their stay. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Thanks to Filipa for her quick responses re questions on arrival and departure - made things easy for us.

Great apartment, good location for Lisbon & beach, the balcony situated at the central Estoril square, the airconditioning & fast wifi is also great. There's some little disadvantages such as noisy night disco on the beach in the weekend, no coffee machine and generally the equipment of the kitchen.

Splendid vacation in Estoril

Wonderful apartment in Estoril. Location is a must, close to the Casino, to the magnificent Tamariz Beach (what a sidewalk, 6 Km by the sea, fantastic), and 2 minutes away on foot to the train station that can bring us to Lisbon! Perfect Location. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, quality toilets and furnishure, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need for meals at home. Owner is a very nice person and very available. Close to the apartment you have everything you need on foot, restaurants, pharmacy and supermarket. Estoril is close to Sintra, and Guincho, and of course LIsbon. What fantastic sunny days and sunsets, great memories of excellent moments, and the best is the balcony in the apartment to enjoy them. Highly reccomended!
