Good but needs a better way to check in and better communication with the host.
Good location, close to the beach. Nice beach close by!Clean. Had the basic necessities, no beach towels though. It has potential to be a great vacation place but they need to sort out their check in process and improve their communication and host management. Very poor communication with the host/management company. I asked questions that were not answered before the stay.No check out instructions. Hard to get a hold of them. Check in instructions were confusing and not clear. Needing an app on your phone to open the door that did not work all the time. Didnt tell us that we needed the app/register with the app until day before/day of. We were locked out at one point and we only got in bc another resident let us in. When we called to tell them we couldnt get it, they were not able to help (told us to buzz another resident to let us in). I would encourage them to change this process for future guests as it was stressful and we wasted a lot of time trying to get into the building on multiple occasions. The app instructions were not clear.Took almost 4 weeks to get a refund as we changed our dates from 8 days to 4 days. I spoke to multiple different people with the host company- no one knew what was happening with the refund, said it was happening one day and it didnt, said vbro had to refund us which is not the case.... I had to get VBRO involved multiple times but we finally got our refund. Was Very stressful and frfrustrating to deal with their company.
