Tres bien , conforme mais cela sera bien de mettre Ă disposition brosse a dent et dentifrice.
Et bruyant car vue sur rue et centreem ville. Sinon la deco de lhotel et l'ambiance concert intime au bar est incroyable. Merci
Dear Hotel Manager,
Upon arrival on a business trip, the receptionist did not inform me that my room had no air conditioning but was instead heated â in May.
I was required to PAY AT CHECK-IN, which I usually never do, and only after payment was I able to see the room.
To my surprise, it was extremely hot â 29°C inside.
Reception said they couldnât help and advised me to find another hotel myself at 8 PM.
The assistant admitted other guests had complained, and the issue was known. ThatÂŽs why they recquired payment at check-in only. IT IS FRAUD.
After a tense exchange, I was refunded, with managerâs comment on invoice as â wished to leave five minutes after seeing the room."..
This experience was disappointing and felt dishonest. I expect better transparency and service.
The bedroom was adequate, but there were no glasses in the bathroom. It was difficult to turn the shower on without getting drenched in cold water. We had a room on the front, 2nd floor, which was a bit noisy
Lovely clean cosy room with a Beatles vibe and comfy bed. Could do with decaf teabags as well as coffee in the rooms. Breakfast was very nice, everything fresh and hot. Great location, very central. Would definitely stay here again. đđ
We have been to this hotel a few times. And can see is gone back. The cooked breakfast is shocking bacon sausage black pudding dry . Just poor . Nothing like a few years ago when the food was spot on hot freshly cooked . The room was dark and past its best. No sockets near mirrors . No glass in bathroom . Sadly think we wonât be coming back .
Toilet seat loose , room cold not serviced during stay.?
Meal in restaurant was good well served by friendly staff.
Unable to get a drink in bar afterwards at 10 pm.
