Lovely spacious room (family room) but would say that the bathroom is a bit grungy in comparison. Lovely lobby and decent dining area. Didn’t use the bar but looked bice. Perfect location for being right next to the convention centre.

The room itself was fine but the bathroom was very tired looking, many things not working - the door didn’t close, blocked sink etc. This is a real shame as the hotel itself is well located and otherwise great however the bathroom really let the overall stay down for us.

I had to phone reception to ask them to activate the air con, Bed was uncomfortable, didn’t sleep well. Bathroom was poorly lit. The cooked part of the breakfast buffet was dehydrated from sitting under the heat lamps for so long. The off site parking could not be described any better unless they added “Way” on the front. The £12 overnight oarking discounted fee is actually £18

Stayed 1 night with my husband & 12 year old son. Clean room. Kids sofa bed was already made up for us. Staff friendly. Breakfast buffet was fine. Very central location. Lively hotel in communal areas but rooms were pretty soundproof so not an issue. We’d stay here again.

Room was clean and functional. Foyer and reception was clean and staff helpful and friendly. Location is perfect just far enough away to be quiet but only five mins walk to the bars/restaurants etc!
