This was an excellent hotel. The staff were friendly and patient and deciphered my jetlagged babble with ease. The neighborhood was fantastic, with multiple dining and shopping areas to choose from. Also a bonus that it was right on the park and close to many bus and tube stations. Will be back here again!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It’s conveniently located near a subway station served by three different lines, making it incredibly easy to get around for sightseeing. There’s also a large park nearby, and since the hotel is situated in a residential area, it’s peaceful at night while offering pleasant walks during the day. The staff were extremely kind and always greeted me warmly. One small note — there were no power outlets by the bedside, so bringing a long charging cable might be helpful!

I liked this property but after staying wish I had stayed a little closer to paddington station. The room was cozy but did have some areas by the bed that were not clean. I mentioned to housekeeping and they will alert the cleaning staff. There was very few electrical outlets so charging devices was one at a time. No fridge in the room and no water bottle filling areas. Mentioning because I wish I had known that. The area seems quiet and walkable. The bed was super comfortable and housekeeping was daily. WiFi seemed to work perfectly so no issues there. I just felt I had to walk a bit to really get anywhere which is not the hotels fault but listing in case it helps others. Staff seemed super attentive and helpful. Although I didn’t need their assistance I often saw the level of service they gave other customers and it was very warm and professional.

Great hospitality! Our room was very clean and the staff was very courteous and accommodating! The hotel is located in a very quaint and safe neighborhood and only a ten minute walk to Paddington station and five minutes to the 94 bus. Highly recommended !!!!!

Room was very small although quite functional. Staff were exceptional. Location was good for what I wanted - a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance of Hyde Park, area restaurants, shopping, etc.
