The Pestana Chelsea Bridge Hotel was conveniently situated for access to the Riverside walk, Battersea Power Station, Battersea Park, shops and places of interest. The staff were helpful and attentive. The room was very comfortable, clean and tidy, but could do with a refresh.

Lovely stay at Pastana

Enjoyed our stay at Pastana last night, the pool is an additional bonus and being right opposite Battersea Park was great. The receptionist was fab and gave my toddler a squidgy red bus to play with which was a lovely touch,she hasnt let go of it yet!

Not great

Hotel is in good condition generally but there are a few areas that are in need of addressing. Some furniture was worn and some fixtures were loose etc. The big problem was the food. Not a cheap food option and the quality of the food was poor. I had prawn pasta on the first night which was bland and the prawns were scarce and overcooked. On the second night I had the fish and chips, the batter was soggy and the chips were overcooked. I did complain on both occasions and was offered a complimentary drink.
