The room was number 720. Faces right onto Oxford Street. You heard every noise, every police or emergency service vehicle, every vehicle horn or those ghetto blasters on wheels that are the brightly coloured tricycles everywhere. The room was pretty pokey. Bathroom was so small it was like an obstacle course getting in and out of the shower. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work at all, so it was like being in a steam room. No fridge for water or drinks. Breakfast was Little Chef style average. No bacon, no glasses for orange juice, metal tongs to pull your toast out of the sf serve toaster…etc etc…

The air conditioning unit was ineffective and noisy so I was unable to sleep. There were no bedside lights in the room. The room was too stuffy. The decor and furniture is dated and tatty. From 8am I could here drilling and banging which I assume was other rooms being renovated.

The hotel is quite well placed and is ok without being in any way exceptional. I was on my own and was actually given a single room (slightly to my surprise. Must have missed that when booking). It was billed as a “superior”. If so, not sure what the “inferior” would have been like. It was tiny and the bathroom was poorly designed (basin very small, tap too close making it hard to use and the spout way too low so you need a kid’s hands for it). Window lock was broken (was it a hurry to leave and forgot to mention to the front desk. It was room 222). Slept ok, breakfast was good, coffee machine makes ok but not great coffee. Will I stay again? Yes if the price is right. But will remember to book a double next time. Is still quite like it even if it is feeling a bit shabby at the edges.

Room 621. Room was slightly small but very nicely fitted out. Bed was comfortable. One of the windows wasn’t double glazed which made it noisy at time given the room overlooks Oxford Street.

After a mix-up with our reservation at check-in, the staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Our room was lovely, the breakfast was wonderful, and the staff was attentive.The location of the hotel was ideal.

Upon arrival of check-in we were advised the hotel was fully booked and we couldn't stay the night so we had to get transferred to another Radisson Hotel in Marble Arch, stay there for 1 night only and then come back to the bond street hotel as for the remainder of our stay - this wasn't ideal after lots of travelling. I understand these things happen but was highly frustrating neither hotels could've kept us in 1 place for the whole stay. They did comp us free breakfast as a sorry however still a lot of messing around was endured.

This is a hidden gem. The location is great and the hotel is rather small, very homy and nice. Great breakfast. The room was rather small but very comfortable.

The hotel is going through a refurbishment and the airconditioning isn't working. You are told at the time of check-in, and can request a fan. We did have a fan, and it was no use at all, so it was boiling hot all afternoon and evening. There was hair and a spot of blood on the sheet, so we had to get that changed. The best thing about the stay was the lady on reception during check in - so was lovely and very friendly.

Booked an upgrade as was working some of the time. Really surprised the room had no desk given how spacious it was. Room was cold as AC unable to heat adequately. The corridors were warmer. Despite not getting a room overlooking Oxford Street there was a lot of noise on the Friday night. Obviously this is countered by the hotel’s excellent location but should be a consideration. Frustrating the lifts had issues all weekend with staff having to help you use them.

Fantastic hotel. Likely temporary issue: no air conditioning which wouldn’t have been a problem except that the boiler was on for the towel rack in bathroom. Effectively heating the room in middle of summer

Our one-night stay was highly disappointing. The AC was not working, making the room uncomfortable. The bathroom tub was leaking with no proper drainage, and one of us couldn’t take a shower before an important meeting. On top of that, wet towels were left on the floor by housekeeping — very unprofessional and unhygienic. When we reported these issues, the staff was unfriendly and offered no assistance. For the price and expectations, this was an unacceptable experience.
