Nice enough apartment in a good location. Sadly let down by an extractor fan that sounds like a tractor engine, and diabolical TV service on an outdated TV.

Great location close to St Pancras Station for Cunard Cruise pick up. Interesting neighbourhood and walkable to many London sights. Good restaurants nearby. Room was small but all amenities available including aircon. Best suited to a short stay due to small room size. Overall suited our puposes well.

Ean, bare bones studio that perfectly met my needs for a solo trip to London. Staff were professional and friendly, and the area was walkable to central London without being too close to the tourist crowds. Tune station was a block away, which made it convenient for getting to Heathrow and other parts of London. Great pub next door!

Kitchenette not fit for people shorter than 6’!

We booked this apartment because it was very convenient for our business meetings. However, although we booked a ‘large’ studio, the bed itself was rather small and the shower room was tiny. The bathroom sink was so small I couldn’t brush my teeth without splashing water outside or knocking my head against the mirror. We also had two bath towels provided for 2 of us, but only one face towel. To top it all, the kitchenette must have been fitted for very tall people. The base cabinets were 99cm high from the floor. The wall cupboards were so high up I couldn’t get the kettle down. Even my 6’1” tall husband found them too high.

I would not recommend this property - we didn’t get what we paid for! We had a problem which was promised to be fixed and it wasn’t. We talked to reception three times about it and still, as an end result, didn’t get anywhere. Even when we checked out of the apartment this morning, the chap at the reception didn’t seem to care.

Property can use some refurbishing.

It was generally all right except for a couple of points: 1) The kitchen design was awful. The sink was off center and not properly located. It was difficult to wash dishes. 2) the cupboard was overextended to a point I kept hitting my head in the left hand corner side of it. 3). The TV set location was rather odd; you have to sit on the bed sideways to watch tv. The tv size is also very small. Time to upgrade to a bigger screen and smart tv.
