Our stay was amazing. Check in was the best of any hotel ever. Everyone at the hotel made our stay so much better and more personal. They took care in recommending activities, restaurants, transit, etc We would come back again!
Nice comfortable and clean room with complimentary refreshments. A nespresso pod machine with mini fridge containing bottled milk is a nice touch. Bath robes provided with toiletries. The room temperature was easy to controll and I slept well in the comfortable bed. Great breakfast options with buffet style cold food and ability to order hot food from the menu.
Small potential improvements - no plug sockets near the bed, bathroom was cold.
Front desk clerk and pub staff were super friendly and most helpful with recommendations. Breakfast is fabulous with many options. The room was adequate, nothing fancy but clean and comfortable for a stay. The location was great, a 5 min walk from tube station and easy pick ups for Uber. I loved this property for a clean stay, fantastic staff and convenience to the sites.
Place was absolutely amazing. This was my first time in London. Staying there was a big part of me enjoying myself. Allen the bar keep is absolutely outstanding, front desk staff Alfredo was also a gem! I hope to come back asap!
My husband and I found the hotel to be just what we were looking for. A little pub in the middle of London with character and charm we were looking for. Our room was lovely and clean the extra little special touch of balloons and flower petals were lovely. The menu options for breakfast were great and the full breakfast was definitely worth the choice. We will be recommending this hotel to our friends and family. Thank you to all staff who were all friendly and helpful. A great stay
The staff were remarkably kind as well as accommodating. The front desk - Sammy - was more than happy to receive and hold onto packages I had delivered to the hotel to pick up at check in. The rooms were spacious. The pub was very enjoyable. My only regret was being there for only one evening.
Fantastic location, close to all the major sites and experiences. Feels lovely and cozy as one of the few real victorian buildings in the area. Good food too and lovely helpful staff
