The service and accommodations at this hotel were truly excellent. It is one of the best experiences I have had abroad (I am from the U.S.). I had several extraordinary requests, including making copies and checking in early (I was traveling with two young and very tired grandchildren) and all were addressed helpfully and cheerfully. The concierge was very helpful with our luggage and arranging ground transportation. The breakfast was outstanding and the room was spotless and comfortable. A wonderful experience in every way.

Nice and clean hotel however the perfume in the main lobby was way too strong. It made it uncomfortable for me to relax as it set off my allergies. But a nice place.

My stay was great.

Everything was great. The only negative was being on the 13th floor it is incredibly hot at night. Adjusting the temperature to the lowest setting didn't seem to improve anything. My son has autism and he really struggled with the heat.
