Wonderful hotel in a great location, close to lots of dining, shopping and museums. Amazing staff; we were always greeted by a friendly smile and excellent service. The rooms are nicely appointed with luxury amenities. I highly recommend staying here if you want to be in the center of the city but still have a beautiful quiet neighborhood around you.

We really loved this hotel! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was nice, updated, and clean. The shower was a great size for a London hotel and so was the bed! It’s a 10 minute walk to a tube station and very close to Victoria and Albert museum as well. 100% recommend

Lovely property, great location. Fish and chips at the bistro was great, buffet breakfast was good. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were small, but normal size for a big city old building. They were extremely well furnished and appointed.
