Located in the heart of Wimbledon, the flat is within easy walking distance of shops, supermarkets and casual eateries along The Broadway. Wimbledon Common and Cannizaro Park are around 20–25 minutes away by foot, offering green open spaces for a day outdoors. Wimbledon Village, known for its boutique shops and weekend cafés, is also nearby.



Getting Around:

With both rail and Underground options a short walk away, commuting and exploring London is straightforward:



• 0.2 miles (approx. 5 minutes’ walk) to Wimbledon Station (District Line, Thameslink & National Rail)

• Multiple bus routes run along nearby streets, including direct access to Clapham, Tooting and central London

• Santander Cycles and e-scooter parking available in the area

• Heathrow Airport reachable in under 1 hour via train and Underground

The property is currently for sale. This means occasional viewings may take place during your stay. A member of our cleaning team will tidy the property on the morning of any scheduled viewing, and we will always provide advance notice. Viewings typically last no more than 10 minutes.

• Our standard check-in time is between 3pm and 8pm. Any check-in after 8pm requires an in-person check-in with our out-of-hours agent and incurs an additional fee.
