The room was OK, but could use a little TLC…chipped paint, broken door stopper in bathroom, outdated tub (very hard to climb in because it was so high off the ground.), hot water pressure very low in sink, cold water tap leaked while turned on.

The property itself was very nice. The staff was not particularly friendly. The rooms are in need of updating. Worn, stained carpet, chipped paint on the walls, black scuff marks on the tub. The tub was so deep, it was a hazard to step out of. (Im also short) The bed was too hard for me. Electrical outlets have not been updated. The room was cold when we arrived and the thermostat did not work. We were offered an electric heater.

Great location. The front is right in the action of the Tower of London and the back is on St Katharine’s Dock which is a peaceful haven. The room had a view of the dock which was as pleasing as a view to the bridge which I have had in a previous trip.
