Very friendly and helpful staff. They will out their way to help you out with any questions or concerns. Room super clean and little old date it but I guess is what they make them unique. The view is amazing and the restaurant in the lobby were great.

Our stay was for my wife’s 60 we stayed form Firday to Monday in total there was 7 including too children the stay was excellent the rooms and family room were big had shower and bath depending which family room you may have aTv in both rooms the hotel is right next to Tower of London and form the room there was some Amazing views form the rooms every room as a kettle coffee pod meachine tea and coffee ironing board . The house keeper came in every to make the bed and fresh towels .great choice of food in the restaurant,Breakfast was excellent good choice and excellent food and caters for everyone I will definitely stay again . The restaurant round the hotel are excellent specialy cafe Rouge.not forget Tesco’s just round the corner and chip as if it was you local one I give this Hotel 100% and recommend it specially for families and couples.

room was tired and in need of regfreshing. location fine. smell of fish from the restaurant in the lobby and some lifts over powering. also refurbishment work at level 10 without guidance to rooms from the lift. some noise also experienced

I thought breakfast was included, I was charged £250 for a breakfast where I had to ask for mugs for coffee, glasses for juice, no pancakes or omelettes were available, and the quality was well below what I expected for my daughters 18th birthday treat, a refund on the breakfast would be appreciated
