Very friendly and helpful staff. They will out their way to help you out with any questions or concerns. Room super clean and little old date it but I guess is what they make them unique. The view is amazing and the restaurant in the lobby were great.

Great hotel, definitely would stay there again! Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location, great views. One thing they could work on is the temperature of the room. It was 25/26 degrees Celsius in there all the time— way too hot. The AC just didn’t work. I asked for a fan, they sent one, it helped but didn’t make much of a difference. Overall 4/5.

The Tower Hotel’s biggest advantage is its unbeatable location. Situated right beside Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, you can’t get much closer to two of London’s most iconic landmarks. The hotel sits directly on the River Thames, which means many rooms and common areas offer fantastic views, especially in the evening when Tower Bridge is lit up. Another plus is the easy access to river taxis from the nearby pier, making it convenient to get around the city by boat while enjoying a scenic ride. The concierge staff were especially helpful, offering great advice and making it easy to plan activities around the city. For sightseeing and a true London experience, the Tower Hotel is hard to beat.

I worked on the construction of this hotel 50+ years ago. Some aspects are good (location) others not so good. i.e. Plumbing system, AC and very noisy door closers. Bathroom look updated years ago but lack TLC, cleaning staff cant be expected to paint trim, fix articulated mirrors etc.

The location of this property is second to none. We had a beautiful view of the tower bridge from our room. However, the overall condition of the property definitely needs upgrading. It is possible that summers have been, but certainly our was not.
