Very friendly and helpful staff. They will out their way to help you out with any questions or concerns. Room super clean and little old date it but I guess is what they make them unique. The view is amazing and the restaurant in the lobby were great.

The hotel has a large glass bottle bin at the rear of the hotel which staff elected to fill with empty bottles from the hotel for 15 mins at 5am - being in a room at the rear of the hotel (despite being on the 7th floor) meant that I was awoken to the noise of breaking glass with the result that I failed to go back to sleep. To compound that, the shower in the room had a trickle of water - considering London hotel prices, this is simply not good enough

We checked in at midnight after our plane was late. We did get rooms with bridge view. Room was so small I could hardly walk through much less walk with the walker. We had 1 towel, no washclothes no hand towels. The rug in the walking spaces was squishy wet. After walking across with shoes than walking into bathroom the shoes were very slippery. I almost went down. Loved the location but not the appointments expected in this hotel. Towels and washclothes would have been nice and a dry rug

Fantastic location, easy walking distance to attractions. Staff very helpful. Only issue we had was the airconditioning being set at one temperature. Could not make our room cooler, too warm for us. Did seek suport but managed external to room.

Everything works for my needs and it’s closer to every major attractions in London city. My room is clean and the view from my hotel is the London bridge, towerbdrige It’s amazing experience. How ever the fun is not working in my room but they’ve provide a portable fun all and all my experice is fantastic ty the Filipinos who’s actually working in the hotel they’re the best and hard working
