Very friendly and helpful staff. They will out their way to help you out with any questions or concerns. Room super clean and little old date it but I guess is what they make them unique. The view is amazing and the restaurant in the lobby were great.

Beautiful suite with views of the Tower Bridge, and Saint Catherine Docks. Tower Bridges steps from the hotel along with shopping Tower of London is only about 200 feet away. Area outside the hotel can get crowded during the daytime. Restaurants in the immediate area are not that good so I suggest going to neighboring Whitechapel. I was strongly suggest taking Uber boats around town as it is a lot cheaper than taxis or an Uber car.

The hotel was nice and was in a great area. Very close to many toursit attractions and very easy to get around. The one complaint is that the air conditioning was not working properly which was especially problematic given the fact that we were there when the temperture was routinely exceeding 80 degrees F / 27 degrees C with +75% humidity. The hotel provided fans but their effectiveness was limited at best.

The hotel is nice. The location is fantastic! Conveniently located. The staff was very nice. The only complaint that we have is that the air conditioning was not working properly and we were there during a particularly warm (88 degrees F/31 degrees C), 74% humidity, time of year (August 12-16, 2025). The hotel provided fans but that had limited effect.

Excellent location. All the staff were fantastic. Hotel decoration is very tired and warn. All toilets including our room could do with bleaching in the toilet pans as all heavily discoloured. The cold water in our room runs warm. Breakfast food was uneditable. The sausages tasted soar/gone off plus very hard to cut. The bacon very hard and cold. The air con in the room was very noisy and could not switch off. We enjoyed London such a fantastic place it was ashame the hotel experience did not have the same effect on us. The hotel could do with a refurb to bring up to standard of the correct star it is. I rate this hotel 2 star.

The great thing about this location was that it was close to the train station and a walkable distance to the london attractions. The hotel itself was rather average. The room was big enough, but the furniture had to have been atleast 30 years old. The sheets did not feel clean. They didnt have an odor but there were slight spots and discoloration on them. The bathroom was small with an old school tub that made it uncomfortable to get in and out of. The air conditon was also very weak. We went in August and it was hot, but the AC could not keep up with the temp/humidity so it didnt feel great. The staff were nice and helpful. The hotel is just an average hotel. I would not stay again, but if you get the right price it is in a great location.

Pros: nice restaurant and outdoor bar area with good food. Outstanding breakfast buffet that may be complimentary (need to wait for the receipt). Location and view from the room of Tower bridge. Cons: I reserved the room believing the hotel had air conditioning. My room was warm and when requested, a floor cooler was brought to the room which provided only bare minimum cool air. Staff was very polite.

On checking in and getting to our room, the room had clearly not been clean with dirty carpets and dust everywhere. I complained to reception and it took more than an hour for us to be moved - this led to our missing a dinner date! There was an ambient smell in the corridors which was no pleasant. This was our second trip to this hotel and it has ,clearly lost its charm.
