Very friendly and helpful staff. They will out their way to help you out with any questions or concerns. Room super clean and little old date it but I guess is what they make them unique. The view is amazing and the restaurant in the lobby were great.

The bed was comfortable enough but we had an issue with the facilities. There seemed to be no running water in the middle of the night. Also the bathroom fixtures and furniture all seemed very old and only barely functioning. Frankly, more was expected for the price.

Mice in the bedroom corridor and having to work hard to get management to take it seriously pretty much overrules the service from diligent and friendly staff. The hotel feels a bit tired in places too.

The room was definitely in need of an uplift. Broken door furniture, paint flaking in the bathroom & marked décor throughout. For the price you pay you would have expected a better standard :-(

I paid a premium for a room with the view of the bridge. The view from the bed was the hotel. I had to stand in the window (that was very dirty) to get a view of the bridge. The staff did not tell us of the restaurants in the hotel there was two. Plus a vey expensive Starbucks. The hotel did not have airconditioning nor heat control . our room was very hot. we got a fan after several requests and it was broken. fan blade rubbing in the protection cage. Not easily accessible.

Great hotel, definitely would stay there again! Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location, great views. One thing they could work on is the temperature of the room. It was 25/26 degrees Celsius in there all the time— way too hot. The AC just didn’t work. I asked for a fan, they sent one, it helped but didn’t make much of a difference. Overall 4/5.
