The property was in a great place to explore London. We had an amazing view of the Tower Bridge from our window and it’s very close to the Tower of London and Tower Hill underground. That being said, the room needed serious updating. Shabby cabinetry and carpet, yellowing grout tiles in the bathroom. The towel warmer didn’t work, there was a space for a mini fridge but no fridge. And we didn’t have any way to change the temperature in the room except to open windows. Front desk staff were nice and helpful. All in all a great stay in London but for about the same price, we probably could have found a place with more modern amenities.

This was by far the worse hotel I’ve stayed in. I’m still waiting to speak with the manager. Cold shower and couldn’t get an elevator, so I had to walk down the stairs with my bags.

Fabulous viee
The hotel was clean and everyone was very friendly especially Montsevrat on reception she was bubbly and very helpful. The breakfast was very good. We had a room with the view of Tower Bridge and I would definitely pay the extra for the view it was amazing
