Parking is a challenge if you don't get a space in the outdoor area. The 7 story additional lot has 3 or 4 spaces on the first floor, but otherwise you have to climb to the 6th or even 7th floor.

I loved how friendly all the staff was, how large the rooms were for the price, and the amenities. The cookies were also a nice touch and being able to have our bags held and being able to check in early. Definitely would recommend and stay here again!

I come here from time to time, and I really enjoy my stay, but recently, his experience was very poor. Not only was the blankets not very fresh looking, the staff just seemed annoyed and hated to be there. I wasn’t welcomed I didn’t feel welcomed I wasn’t offered any water or any cookies as I was checking in. I know I come more often than usual, but I come for personal reasons and also business reasons and to not get the same experience every time it’s just disappointing. The bathroom could’ve been cleaner, but I’m pretty used to that. what made the experience more rough was the fact that the AC wasn’t working properly in the room was hot. I dealt with it before so I just dealt with it again, but for it to keep going in and out was not fun. I hope to be back one day but for now I think I’m going to look elsewhere.

Great hotel once you get there. The shuttle service is not what one would hope. Hard to find at LAX and not on time for the return trip. The hotel staff were great though. Friendly, professional, and helpful, and the physical hotel was well maintained and clean. The hotel is near LAX, but “LAX” in the name is a misnomer. It is about a mile and a half from the airport.
