Staff was kind. The room was clean, however the bathroom had a hair on the counter and the sink had an extremely slow drain. Had to have been clogged prior to our arrival as this seems to have been an ongoing issue. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay.

The room is clean, quiet, and cozy. The breakfast as my experience I'd say here's 10 out 10 when comepare to the others hotels with the similar price (and if you choose to purchase breakfast option on the app which is not expensive at all)

The property lobby was clean yet smelled as if the floor was being cleaned with dirty water. Upon checking in and going to my room I noticed that the carpet was FILTHY, the paint in the room was chipped and it felt as if I was staying in a neighborhood motel instead of a respectable hotel chain I declined to stay there at all and the Hotels.com representative refused to give me a refund or allow me to change hotels. I am very dissatisfied with the level of service I received and as a result, I will not be using Hotels.com in the future, which saddens me because I have enjoyed the ease of use in the past
