Central LA location, amidst the palm trees, felt safe. Yummy breakfast. Pool nice and is in the concrete jungle Oh there a bbq for guest use and it close to the pool. I found the bartender grumpy and not willing to offer cocktail options...didnt like him. Check out was easy

Great distance for Keck hoapit

We were there for the hospital and reallt.did not stay in the hotel a lot. The walk to the hoapital was easy. Parking was expensive and the parking garage had police cars and a helicopter flying iver when we checked in.

I was given a room with a broken ac unit. Upon check in at about 9pm or later that night I felt it was a bit toasty. I adjusted the ac temp and went to bed. The next day i was gone all day until from about 9am til 11pm . I was so tired I went straight to bed. On Sunday which was mothers I woke got dressed and was gone the whole day with friends, got back to the room it was hot . I called the front desk to send someone to check it out. The maintenance guy checked it out and stated it was just blowing hot air. He notified front desk and they moved me to another room. Another issue I had was the nasty disgusting coffee machine in my room. I took pictures and notified front desk and the lady said she would have housekeeping replace it. Well guess what , housekeeping cleaned my room only once upon request and never changed it out. Also, housekeeping should have noticed how hot the room was . I was only accommodated for my parking which was $90. They should have accommodated me 2 nights stay for sleeping in a hot room with a broken ac unit and nasty dirty coffee machine that look as if it was filled with bacteria .

Great bed!

The king-size bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! Breakfast was good. I did not notice access to the restaurant in hotel, but many eating places were nearby. Mostly we ate in the hospital cafeteria, which was OK but pricy for the category.

Very good hotel, close to major tourist areas but very quiet location since it’s close to the USC Medical Center. Free breakfast was good, wish it ended at 10, not 9am. Parking was within walking distance. We arrived almost at noon and they gave us our room right away, which was nice after a 6 hr flight. Our studio room was big and clean. Very comfortable and quiet, apparently there’s a train that goes behind the property. They give you earplugs but we never heard the train. We saw it on the last day while driving away.
