Every room has a ton of light and windows, if you’re looking for a bright cheery place to stay at, you found it. Close enough to hear the Waves break just before bedtime. The kitchen is an open concept- a long extra wide, Quartz serving counter/island. Great for happy hour, breakfast or meals. A new Nespresso coffee ☕️ maker- great for coffee lovers. Double French door fridge. Downstairs you have a private Patio, outdoor Shower 🚿 has hot water to rinse off children & yourselves from the sandy beach. Leave the upstairs door open and let the kids or pets 🐾 play around, we’ve conveniently gated the entire courtyard for kids and pets. ( pet fee $50/mo. per pet ) The patio is Equipped with A TRAEGER pellet Barbecue 🍖 🥩 a long dining table, seating for 8. Family gathering 🍻 🥂 wine 🍷 with family and friends. Take a nap on the patio It’s wonderful to let the waves lull you to sleep. We also Have an Office space downstairs, adjacent to the garage with a inkjet printer, paper shredder & high speed internet. It’s Perfect, if you want to enjoy a working/vacation. Teleworkers get to be just steps away from the family, yet far enough to get a little work done downstairs. If you want a creativity break from working you can easily 🚶‍♂️ walk down to the beach to clear your mind 🚴🏄🏻‍♂️👙🛼 and recharge. North Hermosa, is a less crowded beach, there’s no large public parking structures here, which gives it more of a private beach feel. I've lived here on 31st street for 25 + years. I moved here from San Diego and We ❤️ it, & feel so blessed to have found such a perfect location. I still live next door & can give you suggestions if you need ideas on where to go for dinner. Just about Everything is walking distance. We are 3 houses to the beach, enjoy a quiet morning or evening walk. Boccattos, is an Authentic Italian Family Market/Deli, only 2 doors away, on LongFellow. Conveniently, grab a last minute bottle of wine or waffle mix for the morning.
Another great place close by is The North End Restaurant/Bar, great place to watch sports, for a night cap or day drinking with their outdoor patios. It’s also Known as the “LA's KING’s” neighborhood Bar, many professional athletes do live in this community. The Bottle Inn, is very Romantic, Italian Local place that’s been here for 30+ years. There’s A variety of great Mexican Restaurants just 2 blocks away. Our latest more Bougie restaurant is SLAY, a great place with an upscale flare also has an upstairs patio. If you want to walk for Breakfast, another very popular spot, “Martha's 22nd St. Grill” is also nearby. The Green Store also has sandwiches, snacks & beach rentals. My property is in the middle between both Piers and approx. 10 min walk to either -Manhatten Beach Pier or Hermosa Beach Pier Plaza. Shops and restaurants are nearby at both Pier's.

In early December there's a Holiday Fireworks show at the MB Pier.

During the Summers we have FREE Concerts on the Beach in Hermosa. Its a wonderful event, you may bring you're picnic basket and sit on the beach, enjoying your favorite beverage. We have blankets, Beach chairs and umbrellas for you to use & share.
If your ambitious you can bike ride to Venice Beach and Santa Monica along the Strand, it takes about an hour just cruising. Bike rides to Redondo Beach Pier in minutes, 25 min. 2-Bikes can be made available upon request. We have more bikes but they are old. We just need to make sure they are ready to use. Everything gets rusty at the beach. ☺️😌

Extra Perks- For NFL 🏈 Fans, we do have 2 season tickets available for purchase to all LA Chargers ⚡️💛💙 games in the Club section 114 Row 7 seats 19 & 20. If you’re planning on coming during NFL season stay for a game I may be able to hook you up for a good deal. Tickets are available on a first come first serve. An Uber ride to the stadium is super close.
