This city central location is close to shopping, eateries, Civic Center, wedding venues. Walk everywhere! Just over the hill to beaches, Presidential library and other cultural events/venues.

New construction, cute modern design with cozy cottage feel. Perfect layout where all rooms are bathed with light. Main living area adjacent to perfect outdoor grey stone patio complete with Jacuzzi Hot Tub, BBQ, dining table, outdoor sectional, shade sails, bistro lights, TV, Fountain, garden setting. Totally private and inviting.

You'll have full access to the private cottage including the fully enclosed and private Bistro Patio. Complementary use of Beach Cruisers to pedal around to shopping and dining.

Loves the Cottage

This is perfect cottage if you are visiting the area. It has a nice layout with two bedrooms and spacious yard. The location is convenient, it is close to the highway, grocery stores and a Starbucks. We enjoyed cooking and eating outside on the patio table. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to make meals while traveling. Communication with the manager Todd was exceptional. He always promptly replied and helped me make some changes to the reservation when I made a mistake with the check in date. We will definitely stay again when we are back in the area.

Lovely Cottage in a Nice Neighborhood

Came to visit family. This was the perfect place to spend time and get to everything we wanted to do and see. The house is comfortable and clean. It is nicely decorated with everything we could need. The host stayed in touch and made sure we were happy and settled in. A high recommendation.
