Home was clean and had all necessities. Beautiful enclosed outdoor area, felt very secluded. Host was polite, respectful & responsive.Only challenge encountered was the very strict policy on number of people that could be in the house at any time. I completely understand limiting overnight guests and not allowing parties but not allowing additional people in the house, facing a 1,000 fine, at anytime during the stay was less than ideal as we were in town visiting family and would have liked to have had the option to have a few come by to enjoy the beautiful front yard and visit. To be clear this was all stated in the listing so no false advertising, I just didn't realize the limitations were beyond overnight guests until it was too late to change locations. They were very understanding and did work with us to allow one additional overnight guest (total of 7) for the stay. I would recommend this location - as long as you are aware of the limitations. It really is beautiful and a great location.

The property is in a good location with access to all the beach communities and a short trip to the airport. Thankful for enough towels and bedding for the property and nice kitchen/dining/living areas. Had a few weather challenges but the owner/property manager were very responsive and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area needing a 3 bedroom property.

Comfy home near (drive) to) beach

Very clean and well equipped home. I enjoyed the patio area, the communication with owner was a breeze. My family and I booked this place to stay during a family reunion and we were quite comfortable. Only thing I would have wished was to have access to a blender. We traveled with an 8month old and a 2 year old who are on purees and soups so this was challenging. Anytime a place list a "full kitchen" I expect a blender to be part of that, or maybe it's just me who cooks more than most people?!? Other than that, all was good. I'd definitely book here again.

Perfect!!

We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. If I had to mention one minor downside, one of the two bathrooms was a bit small—but it wasn’t a big issue at all. We were also a little worried about street parking at first, but it turned out to be totally fine. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

A great LA base

We (4 adults 1 infant) used this house as a base to explore LA and get some beach time. Spacious, cool and well equipped - we had a great time here! Communication was always very prompt and helpful too.

Beautiful home

This is a beautiful home in a great location to local attractions. We were very comfortable with all the amenities you would want. Also, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We would love to stay here again if we are in the area again.

The home was as described. We definitely did not like the fact that we were profiled and had to have guest leave because they got very uncomfortable. But other than that it was fine. We pay for a cleaning fee but still were asked to clean which I thought was weird. But other than that, the host was very polite and communicative.
