Overview

This home is ideal for families or groups seeking high-end finishes and fixtures throughout. The spacious living room and event space is great for socializing and relaxing, complete with a sleeper sofa. The adjoining full kitchen offers plenty of cabinets and counter space for cooking, and a unique atrium sits just off the kitchen on the other side.



The three main entertainment spaces, the main room, kitchen, and indoor courtyard, feature large scale art, decor, and dining fare, along with a 65" Samsung Frame TV for an immersive art and television experience. These spaces are great for a small band setup, DJ setup, office party, or other small event.



The first floor bedroom has a king bed and a sofa sleeper, tucked into its own secluded wing of the property. Upstairs, two full bedrooms with ensuites share the floor with the full service laundry area. The larger upstairs bedroom features two queen beds and an elevated loft space with cozy hangout options, including a sleeper sofa and room for an inflatable mattress if desired. The second upstairs bedroom offers a king bed and a day bed, also with room for an inflatable if desired.



This bedroom and suite setup makes the home ideal for three couples, families, or three individual groups, with privacy for each thanks to the three main suites.
