My room and the staff were absolutely amazing. This is my second time staying at this hotel and it never disappoints. One thing that I didn’t realize is that you have to request housekeeping services if you are staying for several days. No fault of the hotels though. I just didn’t know. However, I will for sure to be back to my hometown and when I do, Derby City is where I’ll be staying!

Best hotel experience and price for the area

This place is always so clean and smells good and has everything you need.... especially the restaurants and bars... also... they make cool designes in your room with the toilet paper, towels, and nose tissues... its pretty neat. Also... the security for the elevators is great... you have to have a room key to get them to move from the ground floor... the entire staff was awesome

The room and bed were very comfortable. We had a weird puddle of water show up one day in our hallway and alerted the front desk. There was no problem getting extra towels and coffee station refills. However, we were not there to gamble so any other common hotel amenities did not exist. We had no where to get a breakfast in the building so a drive into a main artery was required for that. Their coffee station in the lobby wasn’t 24 hours or at least all the daylight hours. There was no water station. Anything we wanted had to be purchased from a machine.

The clean room was very large, comfortable king size bed, had a mini refrigerator. Soap, shampoo, conditioner in shower. Key card needed to use elevator for security. Coffee in the lobby & coffee in the room. Shuttle transportation available to fairgrounds. Shuttle driver gave us $10 credit to casino. Nice place to stay!
