Do not stay here! After a 10 hour drive from Louisiana we arrived at 1am and just wanted to sleep before getting back on the road to continue home to Canada. When we pulled back the bedspread it was obvious the sheets were not changed. Not only was there indents and wrinkles in the sheets but many strands of hair and a dirty dingy sock from the previous guest. The sheets were simply straightened and made back up from the last guest. Disgusting!!! I called the front desk and was given a defferent room two doors down. Guess what, same thing minus the sock! By then it was 1:25am and we had to get up at 5am. We slept fully clothed and barely got a wink of sleep. Absolutely unacceptable! And the smell of the room was atrocious! The bare minimun regardless of price is a clean bed to sleep in. Housekeeping is cutting corners. I will look into getting a refund through my credit card.

Dirty, weird smell, not helpful staff (argumentative), elevator didn’t work, key card had to be reset every single time I closed the door to my room. Outdoor key readers didn’t work. It was freezing outside and I am pregnant and had horrible morning sickness, it was extremely hard for me to get up and down the stairs, plus having to make it to the front desk every single time I left my room to have my keycard reset, and it was freezing outside, and since the card readers didn’t work right I’d be stuck in the freezing cold having to walk or drive back around the building just to have to go all the way across the building to walk back up the stairs. They didn’t try to help me out with a first floor room, wouldn’t give me a new key card, and wouldn’t change the battery in the door reader. Everything was super inconvenient and miserable.

Had a very basic check in no nightly staffing as in the description room not very clean had to change to sleeping on the couch due to bed bug found and was left with bug bite areas on myself no front desk to complain to after hours or when checking out just a box to place room key in at the desk no staffing and I left at 8:30 am

Overall it was alright- very friendly staff and quiet at night. Our room wasn’t vacuumed and our sheets had holes burned into them. The couch was dirty but the bathroom was pretty clean. The key card didn’t work until we realized you had to press down and slide out for it to unlock. Overall felt a little dirty and unsafe unfortunately but the breakfast was a perk

The staff gave out a room key to someone posing as my wife and they were trying to enter my room. Was not acceptable at all they should always check identification before giving out keys or ring the guests room first. Very pissed about hotel staffs actions.

They had bugs coming out of the sink . The blow dryer was broke. W one prong , the iron didn’t work and then they never changed the trash , never came to clean . The door got jammed form the outside coming in . It was a mess ! I would never recommend this to no one !

The hotel was fairly clean. The bedding comforter was stained. Rehab items not done well, not quality standards. Just halfway…. I would stay again. Didn’t charge 75 dollars for a well behaved dog. Best plus about the place.
