The staff was kind and helpful with all my DoorDash and uber orders! Hotel was clean. The rooms were smaller than at most Embassy Suites we have stayed at. The pillows were horrible and the beds were not the best!! Step up the sleep game please!

The room had a beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower; however, the rain shower head in the bathroom was barely a trickle. This is my only complaint for our stay. The included breakfast was amazing!

The area around the hotel was a bit sketchy but it’s not the hotel’s fault, it’s the area. The hotel, however, kept things secure with digital key access for guests only, which I loved.

The staff was very kind and courteous. The parking situation is a nightmare - prepare for that. You’ll most likely need to use the garage 2 blocks away which is a pain with kids and all the luggage. The room could have been cleaner - there was a dirty tissue on the window ledge, stuff on the carpet - but overall it was nice. Beds were comfortable. The drunk lady cornering us and screaming her head off on the way in was less than pleasant but that’s not the hotels fault. Can’t say I would stay again.
