The shower door in our room did not close all the way. This caused water to flood the bathroom floor and make it extremely slippery. When I brought it up to the front desk the man said they knew about the issue and that we would just have to deal with it. I asked for more towels so we could shower safely. He said well we are sold out so I will see if we have any extra towels. On top of the shower issue the security for the parking lot were extremely rude and unprofessional when coming back to the hotel after leaving the LTL festival. I mentioned this to the front desk staff and they said that people had been giving them greif and that was probably why they had attitudes. This was a problem 4 separate occasions. I was interrogated about having a room or a reservation in a nasty manner and rude tone. The breakfast was not good and the milk and yogurt in the fridge was expired by 4 days. They only had quaker quick cup oats with Luke warm water. They had the set up for the regular oatmeal and the toppings but it was not used. They ran out of bananas and only had bruised older apples that were borderline bad. 1st day of breakfast they had watery eggs and sandwichs in plastic bags in the warmers. The plastic bags were super melty and melted to the actual sandwich in the bag. I asked the kitchen staff about the breakfast and they said they ran out of alot of things from the previous festival yhe weekend before which is why the breakfast was subpar. All and all not a great stay.
