We booked our room through Expedia and was supposed to receive a deluxe king bed room in the west tower. We did not receive that. We are in a standard 2 queen bed room. They told us because we did not book through their hotel website is why we did not receive the room that expedia promised us. Very disappointing as we are celebrating our anniversary.
