My room was clean, did not have a hand held shower that was shown in the photos. Room had a weird layout, toilet and very small sink in one room across from the bed. To get to the shower had to walk back into bedroom and then into another bathroom. Bed was atrocious, woke up after an hour of lying with terrible lower back pain. Asked the front desk about switching out the bed after the first night. I was told all the beds are the same. Also let them know that the hallway looked like it hasn't seen a vacuum in weeks. No restock of items or cleaning in-between nights stay. I will not be using this hotel again

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone I encounter at Spring Hill Suites was was very pleasant. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. There were hot and cold options and everything was fresh. I would definitely stay again if I were in Louisville in another occasion. The only issue is that there are a lot of homeless people around. SpringHill always had security to keep any problems away.

Great walkable location to downtown and whiskey row. I booked this place last minute after being ghosted by a VRBO host and the staff was very helpful, accommodating, and this property was a great value for the price. The rooms were extremely clean, parking in the garage was easy and breakfast was pretty good both days. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is located within walking distance of the Roots 101 African Heritage museum, Science Museum, Louisville Slugger and many more. The distance is about 7-15 minutes. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.
