Parking was very good under the awning in the back. The alley could use some clean-up work. The host came over right away when the entry lock wouldn't work correctly. The only major complaint that we had was that there were ants in the kitchen (we left a note for the cleaning crew to spray the kitchen counter where we saw them).

We had a great stay. This property was MUCH larger inside that it appears on the listing and gave us plenty of room to spread out and have our own space, or spend time together in the kitchen and living room. Great stay! Wonderful communication pre- and during the trip. The house was roomy and had just about everything we could need. It was walkable to some of the locations we were visiting, and easily driveable to the rest. We loved the car parking in the back and appreciated the clear instructions provided in the book in the kitchen. We did stay in the secondary bedroom to have better access to wall sockets for overnight charging, but both rooms were very comfortable. All around great stay!

The house is adorable and beautifully restored inside but with a little bit of exposed brick for authenticity. Parking is in the alley so you don't have to jockey for street parking. Very nice stay.

Scott is the perfect host! If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. This is a cute little house in the perfect location. 15 minutes from the Louisville Slugger Museum, 20 minutes to Mega Caverns and Lights Under Louisville, several churches and great restaurants are nearby. The neighborhood was quiet, the house is well-equipped with basic essentials (and great coffee). We’re saving this one for another trip to L-vil.
