Points faibles : Service et personnel, confort de la chambre
Only 3 dog friendly rooms. Make double extra sure.
We have not been able to stay. Despite putting details that we have two dogs in our booking, which was made nearly a month in advance, and the hotel messaging that they looked forward to our arrival, when we came to check in, they had no dog friendly rooms for us and we were sent away.
Beautiful room and lovely stay in what was a stormy weekend! Not many places to eat within walking distance at that time of the year, the food in the hotel was lovely and they are very dog friendly in the coffee lounge.
This was a lovely stay had a really if spacious room with everything you could need for a few days stay view from room 8 lovely its quite oldy worldy but has so much character, bed big and spacious loads of storage space for 2. Had breakfast which was grand only thing was the getting up and down 4 to 5 times to keep topping up the tea food which are quite small, it would be a better idea to have little teapots that you could fill at the start of your breakfast instead of teabag in a small cup and having to continually top up with the hot water pump flask, this is my only gripe over our 2 nights stay. All staff were very welcoming and friendly.
This was our second visit to this hotel and the first time seemed more pleasant than the second. The property is old and feels a bit unorganizedâŠfrom the staff serviceability to the miscellaneous bits and pieces of items randomly placed. Maybe thats apart of the charm.
Just wonderful. Such a welcoming hotel.
Food delicious. Staff could not be more lovely, particularly Stuart. Accommodation way above what I expected. Very comfortable beds.
The property had little or no WiFi which in these days, needs to be confessed to. Apart from that, itâs a truly beautiful, unique place to stay and the views of the Needles is phenomenal
We were upgraded with a bath in the room . Room was very qwerky. The windows were all steamed up all of the time need new glazing . Breakfast was a choice if continental and cooked .
The shower floor was very black and needed replacing
Never realised that Beach House Hotel had cottages which is where we stayed with our dog for one night. The cottage itself was very comfortable having two big tv screens on the wall one in the living room and one in the bedroom. A very large en-suite and all mod cons.
All staff were very polite and a good breakfast in the morning. The hotel had a wonderful garden leading out to a great sea view.
Stayed for three nights and had a fantastic time. Everything was absolutely spot on.
Upon arrival, the two people on reception were absolutely lovely and welcoming. The room was nice, comfy and had a lot of character. I seldom have a good nights' sleep when I stay away from home but I slept like a log all three nights.
Breakfast was nice on each occasion and all the staff were very helpful.
A nice location, a lovely view of the Isle of Wight from the lounge area too!
If I'm ever in the area again, I would definitely stay here again.
