Hotel was good, close to public transport and plenty of bars and restaurants. Unfortunately we were in the ‘Cinema Room’, which had no external windows. We couldn’t get fresh air into the room and the aircon wasn’t enough to get rid of the humid air after showers. Also, there was no fridge in the room - you had to leave any food items with the concierge on the ground floor

Our third stay at this property. We’ve never been disappointed. Clean, convenient and very friendly staff. The only issue we’ve ever had is the spotty WiFi. Every morning and every time we would leave the hotel for any length of time we would have to log back in even though we had our devices set for auto join.

Quite simply said - do not book this property. The rooms are ridiculously small and expensive. We booked the signature room which is the biggest and still it was like a shoebox. For one person is fine, but definitely not 2 people. Terrible service. I asked for an extra duvet a week before check in, but there was nothing there. Asked the reception 3 times, it never got there. The cleaning staff left a used cleaning towel next to the sink.. Not sure if they actually cleaned the room. Terrible terrible hotel.

The bedroom is small but well appointed. I loved the form mattress and got a good night’s sleep. The ambiance is tranquil and the reception smelled great. Best of all was Kareem whose welcome and help made the stay so pleasant. When we found that our room was just beneath the rooftop bar and subject to late night noise, Kareem immediately changed our room with no fuss. We never made it to the rooftop bar and the many bad reviews it gets made it no big deal. I bet the hotel would get way better ratings if it could remedy the poor service reported.

Best location and Value in Lyon

Great stay that over delivered for the price. Location was amazing and right next to metro station. Great shower, comfortable bed, coffee and water complimentary, extremely friendly staff, and a roof deck with a view. 100% stay here and dont look elsewhere.
