L enregistrement a pris beaucoup beaucoup de temps,. Sans excuse ni rien du tout de la part de l hotel. J ai perdu ma mère et quand on l'a emmené à l hôtel. On lui a dit qu il n est existe aucune chambre a son nom ou a mon nom!!!! Alors que on était bien enregistré!! Service vraiment nulle, Le plus affreux est la chambre. Il y a une odeur tellement affreuse et insupportable a chopper une allergie à cause de ça. Les équipements sont dignes d un hotel 3 étoiles pas plus. Il y a en plus des bruits très très forts a cause de la clim où je ne sais pas quoi. Ça te laisse pas te reposer ou dormir. En plus j' ai payé plus de 250 euro. Pour avoir une vue sur le ka3ba. J ai eu et une toute petite vue sur que des travaux. Le seul point positif et les restos pour le petit dej et le dinner. Le service est impeccable. Mais en général je déconseille cet hôtel. Et surtout il ne vaut pas du tout son prix

Hôtel vétuste , bon pour petit budget. Point positif proche de l’entrée des femmes pour la mosquée .

Initially the management denied the booking from Expedia, which frustrated our parents because I did the booking on behalf of them. Even though They had the booking reference and all the required documents. Later on when I called they agreed to the booking. This behaviour was unacceptable as my parents were old and put in such an awkward situation. They should have proper managerial support system and stop harassing older pilgrims. Over all the stay was good. Best location as per my parent's observation.
