This apartment was in a wonderful location with a spectacular ocean view and large terrace which is why we give it 3 stars but the house is in a very bad condition. There is mould from the leaking roof, tiles missing in shower, power points hanging from their sockets, dirty walls with squashed mosquitos .... and the front door is warped which makes it very difficult to open, no mattress protectors on beds or pillows... we travel a lot and we are flexible tenants but it really doesn't take a lot to make a rental acceptable. It is on the cheaper side of the rental market in Mallorca but I would not stay again.
Ein schönes großes Apartment am Strand und an der Promenade. Eine schöne große Terrasse mit Meerblick. Der Ausblick stimmt nicht mit den Fotos, man hat aber trotzdem Meerblick, nur eingeschränkt durch die Hotels. Im Nebensaison war es aber sehr ruhig in der Gegend. Wir haben die Terrasse beim Essen und die nahe Promenade beim spazieren genossen. Das Apartment hat alles nötigste. Ausgestattete Küche und bequeme Betten. Vieles fussgangig zu erreichen. Insgesamt eine schöne Ferienwohnung für ein Familienurlaub.
Die große Terrasse ist genial. Außerdem allgemein das Platzangebot und Klimaanlagen. Küche ist eher einfach ausgestattet. Es regnete im Flur durchs Dach. Die Lage ist sehr strandnah und trotzdem ruhig.
