It is surrounded by nature, in a very peaceful environment with total privacy, and its elevated location provides beautiful views of the Serra de Tramuntana (mountain range in the north of the island of Mallorca), recently declared a World Heritage Site for its great natural wealth.
The house, decorated in a rustic style and very cosy, consists of two floors. On the ground floor is the living-dining room with a fully equipped kitchen in an office and a bathroom with a shower, and, on the other hand, on the first floor you will find two bedrooms, nice and bright, one of them with a jacuzzi.
The estate is surrounded by terraces where you can sunbathe, read or simply enjoy the tranquillity of the area. As mentioned before, it is located in a beautiful area surrounded by nature, ideal for relaxing. On the other hand, if you want to spend a holiday with children, this is exactly what you are looking for, as it has a spacious plot with plants and trees that is completely private and away from the crowds.
It is located in a quiet area but very close to the most beautiful beaches on the island (about twenty minutes by car), Can Picafort and AlcĂșdia, known for their kilometres of white sand and crystal-clear waters. In addition, you will be able to enjoy the best summer atmosphere, with a wide variety of restaurants, shops, bars and supermarkets.
Another feature of the house is that it is environmentally friendly: the electrical system is through solar energy and the water supply is also completely natural.
Check-in and check-out are flexible, provided there are no other bookings, in which case, check-in must be at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00.
