This quiet and wonderful villa in Manacor, with a private above ground pool, a beautiful garden and field views, welcomes 6 people.
This fantastic villa has very well-kept and beautiful exteriors. The garden offers a private above ground pool. It is chlorinated, sizes 7 x 4 meters and has a depth of 1.30 meters. There are 6 sun loungers. Children will have fun in the playground area. There are several terraces for lunch or dinner alfresco. There is a gas barbecue at your disposal. The 7100 m2 plot is not fenced.

The house has two floors. On the main floor you find the living room, with satellite television and fireplace. In this space there is the dining room, with a large table, and the kitchen, equipped with a gas stove. The laundry offers washing machine, iron and ironing board. The three bedrooms are located on the first floor, all with a double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. Two of the bedrooms share a terrace. There are two bathrooms with a shower, one on each floor. A cot, a high chair and a fan are also available.

The villa is located 3 km from Manacor, on the countryside. The place is very quiet. The nearest beach is Porto Cristo, about 16 km away. La Reserva Rotana Golf Course is 3.6 km away.

Maintenance of the pool and garden is done several days a week at 6 am.

Om het nog beter te maken zou een basis inventaris in de keuken aanwezig kunnen zijn zoals kruiden. Een extraatje was dat er eieren en tomaten waren en een Mallora specialiteit ensmaïada. Verder werden we welkom geheten en uitgezwaaid door de dame en heer die de bloemen, planten, zwembad etc onderhielden. Erg leuk en een aanrader voor een ieder.

Die Unterkunft war einfach genau so, wie wir sie uns vorgestellt haben.

Mitten im nichts, Ruhe pur, Landschaftlich und mit Liebe zum Detail versehen! Wir wurden mit einer Mallorcinischen traditionellen Esmaiada in der Küche empfangen und selbst angebauten, frischen Tomaten und Eiern von den Hühnern von nebenan! Auch am dritten Tag hat uns die Besitzerin die alle zwei Tage zum gießen vorbei gekommen ist neue frische Köstlichkeiten vorbei gebracht. Die Gastfreundschaft ist wirklich unschlagbar. Am Morgen haben wir ein tolles Frühstück auf der einen und am Abend ein Gegrilltes Mahl auf der anderen Terasse geniessen können. Im Pool konnten wir uns am Abend nach einem langen Strandtag nochmal abkühlen. Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder ! Einerder schönsten Urlaube bisher!

The finca is exactly as it can be seen on the pictures. The house has enough space, is well equipped and we did not miss anything. Specifically the terrace with its natural shade is a nice place to be and good for children. The pool can be closed off. The garden is beautiful and well taken care of. On arrival we received an Ensaimada, eggs, tomatoes and whine, which was very nice. The house is located close to Manacor, but very quiet with no direct neighbours. In the evening we enjoyed the nice view from the front balcony over the fields and mountains. We visted with 4 adults and two children and I would book this finca again.
