Eu gosto muito da costa verde e vou todo ano no meu aniversário para a oyo itacuruçá são bem atenciosos e tudo bem limpo esse ano fui com amigos e só o café da manhã ficou a desejar espero que melhore ano que vem eu volto.

Hotel simples, porém bem aconchegante.

Quarto espaçoso, banheiro bem limpo, roupas de cama limpas, porém, a cama de casal é bi-partida, e para nós não é muito bom. A Internet do Hotel estava péssima, não permitindo uma conexão estável. Houveram várias quedas de energia, não sendo culpa do hotel, porém, as escadas não tinham luz de emergência. Café da manhã, simples, mas muito delicioso. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos, educados, ótimas pessoas. Não tem estacionamento. Voltaremos para cá, com toda certeza.

Recebemos um upgrade e ficamos satisfeitos.

Reservamos uma suíte simples com frigobar, porém o chegar no quarto (401), não haviam toalhas, o telefone estava mudo e o ar condicionado vazando muita água a ponto de ficar perigoso escorregar, a princípio isso nos deu uma péssima primeira impressão. Minha esposa desceu e comunicou a recepcionista que após vistoriar o local e vendoo estado calamitoso do local, em nome do hotel pediu desculpas pelo transtorno e nos deu um upgrade para um apartamento maior onde tudo funcionava perfeitamente, além de uma cozinha completa, sala e área de serviço. Ficamos satisfeitos com a proatividade da funcionária e com a política do hotel de ir além na resolução dos problemas encontrados.
