I didn’t like that someone vomit in the pool and it wasn’t cleaned up. Also the staff was overly attentive.But in overall a good experience.

no wifi

Large hotel. the rude receptionists could not find my reservation made us walk down street to use computers because thier wifi was not working wich was really dumb.. wifi didnt work at all..phone in room did not work.tv remote did not work.pool was nice but your not allowed to eat at pool area wich was dumb.if u take off bracelet they assign for you to wear or dont turn it in at check out they will charge you 500 pesos wich was dumb.stayed there two nights. Will not stay there again.
