Paid $375 for room with one working light. Smoke alarm went off at 5:00 AM several times in room for no reason. No TV- it did not work. Dirty chairs at table and couldn’t make coffee because the outlets didn’t work. The room was booked because of fires in the keys and we were stuck. Could you please look into this for a refund. We will never book there again nor will we book through Expedia if they can’t help us with this situation. Customer Service phone numbers for Expedia don’t direct you to anyone for help. Hopefully they answer this in a timely matter.

Roaches and possibly bed bugs.. I took pictures and gave them the dead bugs. The refunded me the resort fee only.Only stayed 2 nights, never again!! I’m very upset and still waiting for them to get back to me. I hate to leave a bad review but this is serious.
